What better way for Jessica and Paul to celebrate their wedding day than in traditional Mardi Gras style at Toronto’s historic Castle Loma? Providing the perfect backdrop to both an incredibly romantic and super-fun celebration, the two enlisted the help of talented wedding coordinator Cynthia Martyn – who clearly did an amazing job – as well as the crew at Dufflets who created a incredibly festive (and delicious-looking) cake that totally encompassed the day’s enthusiastic and upbeat vibe.
As you can see, photographer Tim Forbes of Forbes Photographer managed to perfectly capture the joy and love between Jessica and Paul – as well as the elegance of the venue by really utilizing colour to help a story. (Kind of really makes you long for summer, doesn’t it?)

Great images from Tim – as always. We worked with Cynthia on our 2nd wedding we ever shot as Isis and it was pretty amazing as well – Seems she specializes in mazing weddings!
Keep posting stuff like this i really like it
It’s always exciting to come across my wedding posted in various internet blogs. It was truly the best day of my life! I thought I should mention however, that while Cynthia was wonderful and really made the show run smoothly, she was actually my wedding day coordinator, not my wedding planner – though making sure my bridal party of 22 people were where they should be at the right time was no easy feat I’m sure! My wedding theme, flowers, centerpieces, table and venue decor were actually all designed and put together by my cousin, who is an architect for the Four Seasons. Head table drapings and ceremony urn arrangements were done by Rachel Clingen designs. Just thought I should give the credit where it is due as I’ve seen several websites now that seem to indicate that Cynthia planned the wedding (though she is great and I’d recommend her to anyone!).
